NSWRA Coach of the Year
The Coach of the Year Awards are awarded to the coaches with an outstanding record of achievement during the season and who has contributed to the development of the sport and the wellbeing and success of its competitors. The Coach of the Year need not have coached representative crews or elite competitors.
