The 145th Annual General Meeting of the Members of Rowing New South Wales Incorporated (“RNSW”) will be held on Tuesday 31 October 2023 from 6:30pm at the Leichhardt Rowing Club. Members can attend the meeting in person or view the meeting online via this invite.  Voting will only be conducted by in person attendees. If you are not able to attend, a proxy can be completed prior to the meeting.

The business being conducted is to:

1. Note the minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting;
2. Receive the Annual Report of RNSW for the year ended 30 June 2023 on the activities of the Association during the last preceding financial year;
3. Hold an election for the position of three directors of RNSW as members of the Board for the period from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 2026 annual General Meeting; 
4. Receive and consider the Association’s financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2023 and the auditor’s report on those statements in accordance with section 44 of the Act; and 
5. Consider such other business as shall, with the consent of the President, be brought forward at such meeting.
