Newcastle Grammar School are facilitating a leadership event for School Boat Captains ( Clubs Youth Leaders) and Head Coaches supported by Rowing NSW. This will be a great opportunity for these leaders to come together to share insights, network, and take home some valuable lessons that can be passed on to the rest of the student athletes. It will be an invaluable glimpse behind the scenes to take a guided tour of the Women’s NTC, gaining insight into the cutting-edge training equipment and facilities available to our elite athletes that make it such a successful program. 

The event will take place on Friday December 1st, 2023 at the Women’s National Training Centre (Nepean River) and Sydney International Regatta Centre, leading into a huge weekend of racing with the RNSW Reindeer Regatta and NSW Sprint Championships.
