EOI - Masters Focus Group

Rowing New South Wales (RNSW) is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals from the masters rowing community to join the Masters Focus Group. This groups play a crucial role in addressing challenges and driving positive change within the masters rowing community in New South Wales. A member of the Masters Focus Group will also be the RNSW representative to the Rowing Australia's Master's Commission.

About the Masters Focus Group:

The Masters Focus Group serves as a proactive forum for identifying and prioritising key issues within the masters rowing community. This group collaborates closely with RNSW to develop actionable recommendations and oversee the implementation of these solutions. The Focus Group is advisory in nature, providing guidance and support to ensure that effective changes are made. The group meets quarterly, with ongoing communication via a Teams channel and video conferencing.

If you are interested in contributing to the growth and success of the masters rowing community, we encourage you to apply. Please submit a brief application that includes:

1. Your Full Name
2. Your Role in the Rowing Community (e.g. administrator, athlete, coach, official)
3. A Short Statement (200 words max) outlining your interest, relevant experience, and what you hope to contribute to the group.
