EOI - BRO Focus Group

Rowing New South Wales (RNSW) is seeking entusiastic and dedicated individuals from the rowing community to join the BRO Focus Group. This group will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the ongoing development of race officiating across NSW. A member of the BRO Focus Group will also be the RNSW representative to the Rowing Australia's Umpires Commitee.

About the BRO Focus Group:

The BRO Focus Group serves as a collaborative forum for identifying and prioritising key issues within officiating. addressing opportunities and challenges in race officiating. This group works closely with RNSW to build on existing strengths, share best practices, and explore new ways to support umpires at all levels. The Focus Group is advisory in nature, providing guidance and support to ensure that effective changes are made. The group meets quarterly, or as needed, with ongoing communication via a Teams channel and video conferencing.
