For all RNSW hosted regattas at Sydney International Regatta Centre, the venue has requested that we provide details of schools and clubs who have arranged external marquee providers setup.  They require a copy of their public liability insurance, and to know when the external provider will be bumping in on site. 

BBQs are not permitted in the BBQ Exclusion Zone and are only to be used on the eastern flat.  If you are intending on using a BBQ at the event, please indicate so the marquee provider will be directed to set up on the eastern flat.
