Club Training - Disciplinary and Grievance Policies (19 or 27 September 2023)

Rowing Australia (RA) now invites you to attend an online follow-up training session about important changes to RA integrity, disciplinary and grievance policies.

In this session, aimed at Club and State Association representatives, you will learn about the updated process for managing poor behaviour and interpersonal conflict under the following policies. 

•                     National Integrity Framework

•                     Code of Conduct

•                     Personal Grievances Policy

Clubs and State Associations will benefit from practical guidance (including case studies and common pitfalls to avoid) and understanding the support available from the RA National Integrity Manager.

When:   Session 1: Tuesday 19 September, 6.00-7.30pm AEST.

Session 2: Wednesday 27 September, 7.30-9.00pm AEST.

NB: the 2 sessions are alternatives, and each will cover exactly the same ground.
