2020 Indoor Interstate Regatta | 6th - 20th April 2020

ATTENTION ALL WELSHMEN AND WOMEN, dust down your ergometers and get ready for the 2020 Indoor Interstate Regatta!

Between the 6th - 20th April 2020, register your indoor rowing machine metres in any of the following ways listed below. 

• register via the Rowing Australia Google forms, click here. 
• send your screenshot of your metres rowed via the Rowing NSW Instagram or Facebook page. Either tag us or send a private message to our inbox. 
• email in your metres to the Rowing NSW contact at office@rowingnsw.asn.au

There are two divisions for the state to win:

• Total Distance
• Total Distance per Particpant 

The regatta is open to everyone, of all ages, whether or not you are part of the Rowing NSW community, all are welcome to submit a score. Get your family and friends involved today to help New South Wales take out interstate victory once again!
