2021 NSW Community Sports Awards | Rowing NSW Award Recipients

The 2021 NSW Community Sports Awards hosted by Sports NSW were held last night and recognise outstanding achievements and contributions to community sport in NSW – largely carried out by a volunteer workforce. Three Rowing NSW community members had been selected as Finalists and have excitingly taken home the winning title of their respective categories.

Congratulations to Greg Smith for receiving the Community Official of the Year award.

Congratulations to Zoe Morrison and Joe Grech for receiving the joint title of Community Club of the Year award on behalf of Balmain Rowing Club. The second recipient of the joint award went to the Northern Barbarians Rugby Club. 

Congratulations to Johanna Tarrant for receiving the joint title of Community Coach of the Year award. The other recipients of the joint award went to Bec Bulley from Netball NSW and David Groom from Judo NSW. 

RNSW wish to thank all recipients for their continued contribution and dedication to rowing within NSW. Their efforts and ongoing support never go unrecognised.
