2025 Community Building Partnerships Grant | EOI

The Community Building Partnerships grant will open on 28 January 2025.
While we will need to wait to see the Guidelines, historically this grant:
- Has a pool of $300k p/state electorate;
- Is for community infrastructure projects that deliver positive social, environmental and recreational outcomes;
- Has offered grants that have ranged from $5k to $150k with $20k being the average;
- Favoured projects that have contributions from their own or other sources;
- Has been for projects in:
- Capital works including construction of new community infrastructure as well as refurbishment, repair and maintenance of existing community infrastructure. (Capital works are: improvements to the land or building, or freestanding equipment that will be fixed or installed to the land or building – the purchase of freestanding equipment – the purchase of vehicle(s) such as cars, buses, trucks, trailers, motorised rescue vehicles including boats and any modifications to existing vehicles);
- Has required:
- A current valid DA or exemption;
- Quotes to verify project expenditure;
- Landowner consent;
- An indication of a partial funding amount and an outline of a modified project scope that could be implemented within the program timeframe, if the partial funding amount was awarded; and
- Letters of Support.
To assist our clubs, Rowing NSW is considering engaging specialist grant writers Red Tape Busters to assist clubs and write an application for funding in the grant program.
