Announcement | Australian Masters Rowing Championships set to return to Penrith in 2025

The Australian Masters Rowing Championships 2025 (AMRC25) will be held at the prestigious Sydney International Regatta Centre (SIRC) in Penrith, Sydney.  

This event promises to unite masters rowers from across the nation, celebrating their talent and dedication in a highly competitive and spirited environment. 

“Rowing Australia is delighted to collaborate with Rowing NSW to bring the AMRC25 back to the Sydney International Regatta Centre,” said Rowing Australia CEO Sarah Cook. 

“This event is a testament to the dedication and passion of our masters rowers, and we are committed to providing an exceptional experience that honours their hard work and enthusiasm for the sport.” 

The Sydney International Regatta Centre, with its world-class facilities and picturesque surroundings, is an ideal venue for AMRC25.  

Athletes and spectators alike can look forward to an unforgettable experience filled with thrilling races and camaraderie.

“After the success of hosting the event in 2023, we are eager to showcase this premier rowing event once again to master's rowers from across the nation and abroad. Our goal is to deliver a world-class event that welcomes rowers of all abilities, reflecting our commitment to fostering participation and inclusivity in the sport.”

The championships are scheduled to take place from May 29 – June 1 next year and preparations are already underway to ensure a seamless and memorable event for all participants.
