Expression of Interest Open | RNSW Masters State Team Selectors

Nominations are now sought for two (2) members of the Rowing NSW Masters State Team Selection Panel. Two selectors will join the Rowing NSW Sport Development Officer as the NSW Masters State Team Selectors.
The role of the State Selection Panel is to select rowers, scullers, coxswains and coaches to represent Rowing NSW in the interstate masters events at the Australian Masters Rowing Championships.
Ideally, nominees for this position should have recent experience in some of the following:
- Successful coaching record ideally but not essentially at a masters. Competition at Masters level.
- Management of Masters athletes and coaches. Be familiar with current national rowing trends
- Have strong analytical skills.
The successful nominees must:
- Attend meetings as may be necessary to evaluate and required from time to time.
- Attend regattas and crew training sessions as may be required from time to time.
- Attend key selection events for the class of crews they may be responsible for selecting and/or scheduled seat racing.
