Notice Regarding Reviewable Decision – Introduction of Single Regatta Licence

Further to the Notice to Constituent Members of 17 November 2021 regarding the Reviewable Decisions made by the Board of Rowing NSW on 9 November 2021 with respect to changes to the Introduction of Single Regatta Licence, the time for objections to the Decision has now expired.

In accordance with Clause 43(4) of the Constitution notice is hereby given that as there has been insufficient notification of a need for a review of the Reviewable Decision by Constituent Members the Decision thus becomes effective.
