Merran Holmes - Latest Rowing Australia Umpire

Congratulations to Merran Holmes of Newcastle Rowing Club, who becomes the latest Rowing Australia Umpire from NSW, passing her Level 3 examination last month at the 2018 Sydney International Rowing Regatta.

Merran is the second Rowing Australia Umpire to come from the Central Districts Rowing Association (CDRA) region, after Brian Kelleher who passed away in 2015.
