Notice Regarding Reviewable Decision - Changes to the Laws of Boat Racing

Further to the Notice to Constituent Members of 23 August 2022 regarding the Reviewable Decisions made by the Board of Rowing NSW on 17 August 2022 with respect to changes to the Laws of Boat Racing, the time for objections to the Decision has now expired.
In accordance with Clause 43(4) of the Constitution notice is hereby given that as there has been insufficient notification of a need for a review of the Reviewable Decision by Constituent Members the Decision thus becomes effective.
