Reviewable Decision

At the board meeting on Rowing NSW on Tuesday 19 September 2017 it was resolved that the following Rowing NSW Laws of Boat Racing be amended as follows;

 

(4) SCHOOL COMPETITORS

Coxswains are not required to weigh in at regattas organised and solely run by the AAGPS. At the AAGPS Head of the River Regatta, only coxswains in the Senior Fours and 1st and 2nd Eights will be required to make the weight of 55kgs.

 

Pursuant to Section 43 of the Constitution these changes are Reviewable Decisions and under Section 43(2) Constituent Members have 28 days to notify that they require the decision to be reviewed.

Should any Constituent Member wish to have the decision reviewed they should write to the Secretary of the Board, Anthony Blower by the close of business 17 October 2016.
