Notice Regarding Reviewable Decision - Changes to the Laws of Boat Racing

Further to the Notice to Constituent Members of 17 July 2020 regarding the Reviewable Decisions made by the Board of Rowing NSW on 15 July 2020 with respect to changes to the Laws of Boat Racing, the time for objections to the Decisions has now expired.
In accordance with Clause 43(4) of the Constitution notice is hereby given that as there has been insufficient notification of a need for a review of the Reviewable Decisions by Constituent Members the Decisions thus becomes effective.
