Both Men's Coxless Pair crews come from NSW, with the all UTS crew of Nick Lavery and Paddy Holt being selected and continuing on their great season having won the state titles in that class of boat in each of the home states as well as where they are based.  The Sydney Rowing Club pairing of Alex Nichol and Jackson Kench were also selected, both enjoying recent success as part of the victorious NSW Wilkinson Cup crew at the 2018 Sydney International Rowing Regatta.

Two-time Wilkinson Cup winner, Matthew Murray (Sydney University Boat Club), has been selected as in the Men's Single Scull.

UTS Rowing Club's Olivia Bartram has been selected in the Women's Single Scull.  Bartram already has experience representing Australia having competed at the 2016 World Junior Rowing Championships in the Quad Scull.

Michaela Franz of Sydney University Boat Club has been selected onto her first representative team and will contest the Women's Lightweight Single Scull.

David Gely, Alex Field (both UTS) and Debbie Fox (Sydney University) have been selected as coaches for the team.
