On the 2nd of December at the Annual Reindeer Regatta, Rowing NSW held a naming ceremony for our Para Rowing Barge, purchased with a grant from the Office of Sport.

The boat was named after Melissa McCormack, who was a long-time employee of Rowing NSW as our Finance Officer. Alongside her duties as Finance Officer she also cared greatly about the Para Rowing Community, and through her efforts was able to obtain the grant for the Para Barge purchase.
