PR3 Mixed Coxed Four book their spot in Paris !

First tickets booked to Paris! After a nervy first race the PR3 Mixed Four has bounced back and put in a brave performance to come out with a great win overnight🎉. Congratulations to Thomas Birtwhistle (UTS) and Harrison Nichols (NUBC/ HVGS) in the stroke and 3 seat. Remarkable experience for young Harrison who is performing beyond his years with Tom providing the experience that the crew needs. Tom has spend most of the year in England moving their with his wife and has been traning out of Molesey Rowing Club in London and competed for their in the Thames at the 2023 Henley Royal Regatta in preparation for the World Championships. Harrison had a breakout year domestically with the standout performance being in the PR3 Single Scull at the Interstate Regatta at the Australian Rowing Championships in early April. 

They are not done yet there and will be looking to hunt down the rest come Saturday night and to try and nab a medal.

Congratulations again to Harrison and Tom and we hope to see you both in Paris at the Paralympic Games next year.
