Regatta Update - CDRA Championships, NRRA Age Championships, Tweed Heads, NRRA Masters Championships

Rowing NSW has been advised of the following changes to Central Districts Rowing Association and Nothern Rivers Rowing Association Regattas later this season.

The Central Districts Rowing Association Championships have been moved to Berry Park Regional Rowing Complex from the Manning River, Taree.  The Championship remains as a 2 day regatta.  Central Districts Rowing Association have met and decided that in order to run a COVID Safe regatta weekend at Berry Park that they would need to restrict entries to Central Districts Rowing Association clubs and schools only.   CDRA enjoy the support of clubs and schools outside of the Central Districts Rowing Association at their regattas, but unfortunately don’t think they could run a regatta as safely as they would like if they had additional entries from outside of their region.

The Northern Rivers Rowing Association Age Championships and the Tweed Heads & Coolangatta Rowing Club Regatta have been cancelled.

The Northern Rivers Rowing Association Masters Championships have been moved to the Clarence River, South Arm at Maclean with the assistance of Lower Clarence Amateur Rowing Club.  The regatta had previously been scheduled to be held on the Tweed River at Murwillumbah.  Should the COVID situation remain as present, entries are welcome from non NRRA clubs.
