Reviewable Decision - Changes to the Laws of Boat Racing

At the board meeting of Rowing NSW on Wednesday 19 September 2018 it was resolved that the Rowing NSW Laws of Boat Racing be amended as follows (click here).

Pursuant to Section 43 of the Constitution these changes are Reviewable Decisions and under Section 43 (2) Constituent Members have 28 days to notify that they require the decision to be reviewed. 

Should any Constituent Member wish to have the decision reviewed they should write to the Secretary of the Board, Margot Harley, by the close of business on Wednesday 31 October 2018.
