Reviewable Decision - Changes to the Laws of Boat Racing

Via emailed circular resolution over the period of Friday 9th December to Sunday 18th December, the Board of Directors of Rowing NSW resolved that the following Rowing NSW Laws of Boat Racing be amended as shown here.

Pursuant to Section 43 of the Constitution these changes are Reviewable Decisions and under Section 43(2) Constituent Members have 28 days to notify that they require the decision to be reviewed. Should any Constituent Member wish to have the decision reviewed they should write to the Secretary of the Board, Melissa Ashton-Garard by the close of business on Thursday 19th of January 2023.
