RNSW Small Boats Regatta | 28 January

First and foremost a huge congratulations has to go to all those who came out on Saturday and competed in adverse conditions. It was the first real taste of the Penrith heat for many of our younger athletes. Other than the heat it was perfect conditions for racing with still, fast water on offer for all athletes. A huge thank you has to go to all of our amazing volunteers who helped deliver a successful day of racing, giving the competitors an excellent opportunity for some hard fought racing before the real test in less than 2 weeks’ time, NSW Rowing Championships. With many interstate athletes making the trip across for Small Boats with many more to come in the lead up to State Champs. The countdown is officially on with 11 sleeps until the first race of what is expected to be a record breaking NSW Rowing Championships.
