Rowing NSW 2021-2024 Strategic Plan

Rowing NSW are delighted to introduce our new 2021-2024 Strategic Plan to the rowing community. We acknowledge and thank all Rowing NSW affiliated clubs, schools and associations together with coaches, NSW Office of Sport, NSW Institute of Sport and Rowing Australia who have contributed to the development of this plan in many varied and valuable ways. 

Our strategy represents the role of Rowing NSW in leading the growth of our sport throughout the state, with assistance and guidance from all of our members, whether they be competitive, recreational, a volunteer or an official. 

OUR VISION, OUR MISSION

FOCUS ACROSS FOUR PILLARS   

To ensure that our organisation stays mobile and has the ability to adapt and respond to current environments Rowing NSW have created and will create yearly action plans that highlight to the community our focuses for the season. 

These plans will be reviewed each season with new initiatives allowing us to continually incorporate feedback from the community so that it remains effective.
