Rowing NSW Strategic Plan 2021-2024 | Community Sessions
Published Fri 29 Jan 2021
Two strategic planning sessions have been held with the Rowing NSW staff and board over the last two weeks. These have been facilitated by our external consultants, Alacria Global. These sessions have provided the organisation with a starting point for the creation of a new plan for the next four years. As part of the planning process, the next stage will involve the community, with two community feedback sessions to be held. These sessions will assist Rowing NSW greatly in understanding the needs and wants and our clubs and schools across the whole state and to garner ideas on how to implement new initiatives.
Information on the two sessions can be found below. Sessions will be focused on specific topics to ensure we get the most out of the time we have together.
These sessions are open to everyone in the community, with registrations to be included in upcoming Rowing NSW e-news as well as the links below. They will facilitated by Alacria Global.
