Departure of Rowing NSW CEO

Margot Harley, CEO Rowing NSW and the Rowing NSW board today announce Margot’s departure from Rowing NSW. After four and a half as CEO, Margot has accepted a role with Cricket Australia with the board supportive of her decision.

Margot led Rowing NSW through a challenging period of the last two years with COVID-19 and the NSW floods. She has delivered the Rowing NSW 2021-2024 Strategic Plan, assisting the sport to grow in reach and opportunity for so many.

Stephen Donnelley on behalf of the Directors and the wider rowing community thank Margot for her strong leadership and energy and wish her well in her next challenge.

Margot will be departing at the end of October.
