Philadelphia Challenge Cup
To cap off a remarkable year by Tara Rigney (Sydney University Boat Club) she last weekend raced in the prestigious Gold Cup in Philadelphia. In what was a tough challenge racing 3 of the best single scullers in the world. The 750m race saw Tara in a battle for 3rd but was unable to hold, settling for 4th. Congratulations to Tara for a brilliant season with 3rd in World Cup 2, 2nd in World Cup 3 and a World Championship Bronze Medal.
We cannot wait to see what Tara has instore over the next couple of seasons.
