Notice Regarding Reviewable Decision - Changes to the Laws of Boat Racing
Further to the Notice to Constituent Members of 26 September 2022 regarding the Reviewable Decisions made by the Board of Rowing NSW on 21 September 2022 with respect to changes to the Laws of Boat Racing, the time for objections to the Decision has now expired.
In accordance with Clause 43(4) of the Constitution notice is hereby given that as there has been insufficient notification of a need for a review of the Reviewable Decision by Constituent Members the Decision thus becomes effective.
Head of the Clarence 2022 - Cancelled
Due to the unavailability of a safe and suitable venue/rowing course, the Head of the Clarence Regatta scheduled for the 10/12/2022 has been cancelled. It will return in 2023 with a much improved riverbank facility.
Other options are available to conduct the Grafton Rowing Club regatta on 11/12/2022 and will proceed as scheduled.
